Neuro-Symbolic AI for personal asset protection. Originally built for critical infrastructure, now engineered for the driveway. Hardware pre-booking opening soon.

Know what’s wrong with your car before the mechanic does. A small device plugs into your vehicle, and an app on your phone tells you what’s failing, why, and what to do next — backed by the same physics-verified AI built for commercial fleets.

// ABOUT PROJECT HORIZON

Project Horizon is the consumer product of Axiomatic Systems. We are adapting our "Glass Box" industrial AI to solve the opacity of personal asset ownership.

“Glass Box” = unlike typical AI that hides its reasoning, our system shows you exactly why each alert was raised. “Opacity of ownership” = you own the car, but you can’t see what’s happening under the hood until it breaks.

?

What is it?

A plug-and-play OBD-II dongle paired with the Horizon mobile app. The dongle connects to your vehicle's diagnostic port and streams real-time telemetry to the app, where our verification-first AI builds a health model with physics-based plausibility checks to forecast risk and deliver Evidence Bundles — all from your phone.

In simple terms: plug in the device, open the app, and get a running health score for your car — with clear explanations when something needs attention.

!

Why was it created?

To end the asymmetry of information between owners and mechanics. You deserve a clear, evidence-backed picture of your asset's health, without relying on vague "Check Engine" lights.

>>

What it aims to achieve?

Predictive immunity. Moving from "Repair" to "Pre-emption." By monitoring thermodynamic trends, we detect early degradation signatures and estimate time/distance-to-risk (with confidence indicators) when the telemetry contains detectable precursors. Lead time varies by component, driving conditions, and data quality.

Catch problems days or weeks before they become breakdowns. The app watches patterns your car’s sensors reveal and warns you when something is heading toward failure.

$

Why use it?

End the Trust Deficit. Service Centers and Insurance surveyors often hold all the cards. Project Horizon gives you a timestamped, evidence-backed and bundled shareable reports to reduce ambiguity during inspections, repairs, and claims workflows. Whether it's supporting a claim review or verifying a 'part replacement' on a job card, you reduce ambiguity by sharing a timestamped data trail. Outcomes still depend on the insurer/OEM's process.

Going in for a repair? Share your Horizon report — it shows exactly what was detected and when, so you’re not relying on the mechanic’s word alone.

// REAL-WORLD EXAMPLE

Tuesday, 9:15 AM — Your AC compressor shows early thermal stress.

Horizon detects rising discharge temperatures over the past 3 drives. System 1 (AI) flags a degradation trend. System 2 (Physics) confirms the thermal pattern is consistent with compressor bearing wear. The Observation Layer has been tracking this for a week.

Your phone buzzes: “AC compressor — moderate risk. Schedule service within 2 weeks. Evidence Bundle attached.”

You share the report with your mechanic. They see exactly what was detected, when, and why — no guesswork, no upselling.

// INTERACTIVE TWINS

A “digital twin” is a virtual replica of your engine that we simulate in real time to verify alerts.

// DEMO MODE: The simulation below is a technology preview of our physics-based verification using a V6 engine model. In the Horizon app, your vehicle's actual engine configuration (inline-4, V6, diesel, etc.) will be used. Alerts can include a twin simulation view as supporting evidence. Fidelity depends on available signals, configuration, model coverage, and the detected scenario.

This is a demo. In the real app, simulations are based on your vehicle’s actual sensor data and engine type.

// FREQUENTLY ASKED

1) What is Project Horizon? +
Project Horizon is the consumer experience of Vantage: a plug-and-play OBD-II dongle paired with the Horizon mobile app. It monitors your vehicle’s health in real time, detects early risk patterns, verifies them against physics, and generates clear Evidence Bundle reports with recommended next steps — directly on your phone.
2) Is this an ECU tune or performance mod? +
No. Horizon is a read-only monitoring and analytics product. It does not flash firmware or modify ECU maps.
3) What does “Verified Alert” mean? +
It means a risk signal was detected and passed verification checks (constraints, context, sensor trust, and—when available—twin-lite plausibility checks). The report shows what passed and why.
4) What does “Inconclusive” mean? +
It means Horizon saw a possible issue but can’t confidently verify it—often due to missing signals, low sensor trust, or contradictory patterns. You’ll get guidance like “inspect sensor” or “collect more data.”
5) How accurate are predictions? +
Accuracy varies by vehicle, component, driving conditions, and data availability. Horizon provides confidence indicators and prefers to label uncertainty rather than claim certainty.
6) Will this prevent all breakdowns? +
No product can guarantee that. Horizon aims to reduce surprises by detecting risk signals earlier when precursors exist and by providing actionable guidance.
7) Does Horizon tell me exactly when a part will fail? +
Not exactly. When detectable precursors exist, Horizon can estimate time-to-threshold or “risk horizon” with confidence bands; otherwise it may only provide a risk level and recommended checks.
8) What is the “V6 Engine Simulation” I see on the site? +
It’s a visual demo of a twin-lite check. In-app, the simulation view would be tied to your alert (observed vs simulated trends + match score) as a short-horizon plausibility check.
9) Does Horizon work for EVs? +
Yes, but the signals and models differ. EV health focuses on thermal behavior, charging patterns, battery stress indicators, and drivetrain signals depending on what the vehicle exposes.
10) Which vehicles are supported? +
Initially optimised for popular Indian market vehicles across Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Hyundai, Mahindra, and Toyota. Support depends on OBD/CAN signal availability and model coverage for your specific make and model. Vehicle profiles improve over time as more data is collected.
11) What data does Horizon collect? +
Time-series diagnostics relevant to health (e.g., temperatures, load proxies, RPM, speed, and fault codes where available). Exact fields depend on device, vehicle, and configuration.
12) Is my data private? +
Horizon is designed for data minimization and controlled access. Telemetry handling and retention are configurable and governed by access policies and audit logging; location handling depends on user settings and device capability.
13) Do you store my location? +
If location is enabled, it may be used for contextualization (e.g., ambient conditions, route patterns) and can be minimized/disabled depending on settings. The app should make location behavior explicit.
14) Does Horizon work without internet? +
Core logging can continue depending on device capabilities. Alerts/report generation may be delayed until connectivity returns, and the app can display cached last-known status.
15) How much data does it use? +
Usage depends on sampling rate and enabled signals. Horizon can operate in low-bandwidth modes and upload summarized features rather than raw streams depending on configuration.
16) Will using this void my warranty? +
Horizon is intended as a passive diagnostic accessory, but warranty policies vary by OEM and region. We recommend checking your warranty terms and using approved installation guidance to support safe, non-intrusive operation.
17) Can I share a report with my mechanic? +
Yes. Reports are designed to be shareable and include what was detected, why it is believed, confidence indicators, and recommended inspection steps.
18) What if the device or a sensor is faulty? +
Horizon uses sensor trust scoring and cross-signal checks to detect suspicious readings. If reliability is low, it labels outputs as inconclusive and recommends verification steps.
19) Is this a safety system? +
No. Horizon provides decision support and diagnostics and is not a substitute for safe driving practices, manufacturer guidance, or professional inspection.
20) What should I do if I see a high-risk alert? +
Follow the recommended actions in the alert/report (reduce load, stop safely, schedule inspection). If symptoms are severe (warning lights, overheating, unusual noises), prioritize safety and professional service.
